We started working with Beth from hundreds of miles away during the beginning of the pandemic. She patiently "showed" us house after house from her cell phone. Beth moved heaven and earth to help us find our new home. We had only a week in Charleston, and she was right on it well in advance -- sending us listings, getting a sense of what we liked (and didn't) so we could use our time efficiently seeing houses. Beth is super responsive and is happy to respond until very late at night. She is knowledgeable and in a difficult market had some interesting strategies to ensure we had the winning contract without overpaying. We have now bought 2 properties with Beth - a house in Folly Beach for almost $900k and a small condo on James Island for $150k so she is competent across several price categories. She puts in the extra effort to ensure closing goes smoothly and makes sure she attends the inspections. She also personally paid for a cleaning on one property because she did not like how the previous owners had left it. I highly recommend her and have enjoyed working with her.
